Church Street Basic Plan (A)
£12.89 Payable monthly
This allows for:
- Two check-up appointments per year and necessary x-rays
- One hygiene at 20% discount
- 20% discount on most treatments
- Accident damage
- Emergency call out cover
- Cover for seeing another dentist whilst on holiday
Church Street Dental Plan (B)
£25.32 Payable monthly
This allows for:
- Two hygiene appointments per year
- Two check-up appointments per year and necessary x-rays
- One extra hygiene at 20% discount
- 20% discount on most treatments
- Accident damage
- Emergency call out cover
- Cover for seeing another dentist whilst on holiday
Church Street Preventative Plan (C)
£40.58 Payable monthly
This allows for:
- Four hygiene appointments per year
- Two check-up appointments per year and necessary x-rays
- One extra hygiene at 20% discount
- 20% discount on most treatments
- Accident damage
- Emergency call out cover
- Cover for seeing another dentist whilst on holiday
Children’s Plan
£7.68 Payable monthly
This allows for:
- Two Check-up appointments per year
- Up to 20% discount on most treatments including
- Accident damage
- Emergency call out cover
- Cover for seeing another dentist whilst on holiday
Out of hours
Emergency out of hours dental treatment from £145. Practice Plan patients will be able to recover all but £25 from insurers. Insurance claim forms, other than Practice Plan, may be subject to a £10 fee.
